How to Prepare the Perfect Turkish Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1 heaping spoon of Turkish Coffee – Yemen Ismaeli Mocha (included in the package)
- 70ml room-temperature water (¾ of a Turkish coffee cup)
Steps:
- Measure & Mix
Add one spoon of coffee per cup into a cezve (Turkish coffee pot) or a small saucepan. Pour 70ml of cold water per serving and mix well. - Heat Gently
Place the cezve on low to medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. - Watch for the Froth
As the coffee begins to foam, remove from heat just before it boils. - Pour & Enjoy
Slowly pour into a Turkish coffee cup, leaving the grounds behind. - Savor the Moment
Allow the grounds to settle for a few minutes, then enjoy the rich, intense flavors.
